Refunds and Replacements

For jurisdictions where Swirl ships wine, shipments are made via common carrier(s), such as FedEx or UPS, to a residential or business address. No shipments can be made to PO Boxes. Typical shipping time is two to nine days, but times may vary. Shipping charges may be added with each purchase. Shipping costs are subject to change. If the weather is too hot or too cold, we may delay shipment until conditions are more favorable. We will notify you if this happens. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.


For orders that you would like the convenience of picking things up on your schedule. For most orders, allow 1-5 business days for delivery to your selected pickup point. We will notify you with our final mile technology provider Via.delivery through email and SMS messages until you have retrieved your package. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of arrival at the pickup location. Please bring a government-issued photo ID. If you're picking up the package for a friend or relative, you'll also need the tracking number and the name of the person the package was addressed to. If the package is not picked up within 7 days, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return and may be subject to a $25 restocking fee.
