Refunds and Replacements
Should you have a broken bottle or damaged delivery issue, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you in an attempt to resolve the issue, which may include issuance of store credit or a refund if permitted under applicable law. After an order is placed, if the order is cancelled, refused or cannot be delivered, a $25 restocking fee will be administered. Orders typically are fulfilled and shipped up to 3 days after the order is placed. Once an order has been delivered, no refund or credit will be issued.
