No—but we do think you will be back because you love the wine.
What happens after I order?
You will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order ships, we will send you tracking details. We ship all orders within one business day, so you should be enjoying your wine in no time.
What is the estimated delivery date?
We ship all orders within one business day from when the order is placed. Our typical time in transit varies between 1-4 days depending on your location.
As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking and an estimated delivery date.
Do we ship to your state?
Right now, we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Mississippi, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Utah. We are always adding new states, so sign up for our emails, and we will keep you updated.
In MS, RI and UT, due to state regulations, we're currently unable to ship to you. As you can see at https://freethegrapes.org, direct shipping is prohibited to these states (though you may be able to purchase it elsewhere at varying degrees of legality). If you're interested in shipments in the future, we suggest that you take the opportunity to write to your legislator to request the relaxation of these limitations. The site linked above makes it very easy—simply click on your state!
What carrier do you use for delivery?
We currently ship via Fedex, but in some states, we do ship UPS. We will share tracking details with you as soon as they are available.
Do I have to sign for my shipment?
Yes. Wine deliveries require someone over 21 with a valid government-issued ID to accept the delivery.
If you are unsure if you will be able to be home to accept the delivery, you can always have your order shipped to a nearby FedEx Hold Location and pick it up at your convenience.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Please reach out to service@swirlwineshop.com, we'd be more than happy to look into it for you.
What if I miss all three delivery attempts?
Your order will be sent back to our warehouse, please reach out to us at service@swirlwineshop.com so we can help coordinate your reshipment.
If you are having trouble with delivery, you can always have order shipped to a nearby FedEx Hold Location.
How can I find tracking information?
We will email you tracking information as soon as the order ships, usually within one business day from ordering. You can log into your account here to view all past orders and statuses.

Where do I enter a promo code or voucher?

How are refunds processed?
If for some reason we need to issue a refund, please wait 3-5 business days for it to show up in your account.

Absolutely. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy for any reason, let us know and we will credit a future order.
We firmly believe that the price of a bottle should never be a barrier to a fantastic experience. Every bottle on our shelves has been carefully selected to meet our high standards of taste and value. If it's not something we'd enjoy ourselves, it doesn't make the cut.

Not right now. Soon you will be able to entirely customize your order.
