Apt's Garnacha–Tempranillo red blend captivates with ripe red fruit, including vibrant notes of raspberry, complemented by hints of vanilla, balsamic and earthy notes. This Spanish blend is suitable for the simplest of snacks and an entire course. 

There is something that feels adventurous about this one. It's upbeat and fruit-forward, but its soft textures go with the flow. You might get aromas of oak or spice, perhaps an homage to the H.M.S Imogene—the ship that brought Mr. Busby across the seas. There is a bit of strawberry sweetness, but you might sense a little spice in the finish.

Our 2024 Red Blend—half Cinsault, half Grenache Noir—captures that spirit in the glass. Grown in the high-altitude slopes of Piekenierskloof, it's bursting with bright cherry and plum, lifted by violets and layered with cinnamon, clove, and wild herbs. Polished yet soulful, it finishes with a savory nod to the fynbos-covered hillsides.

Our Pinot Noir hails from Santa Maria Valley, one of California’s most distinctive cool-climate regions. Light on its feet but rich in detail, it opens with black cherry and wild bramble, layered with cedarwood and subtle baking spice. A lift of sage and thyme reinforces its coastal roots, while fine tannins and integrated oak lend structure to its graceful, lingering finish.

Our newest vintage bursts with ripe blackberry, black cherry, and mulberry, lifted by floral hints of violet and lavender. Velvety and expressive on the palate, it's layered with soft spice, finishing with a gentle sweetness that echoes the rich, dark fruit.

Our 2023 Petite Sirah from Paso Robles is bold, plush, and packed with dark fruit intensity. Ripe plum, fruit preserves, and warm baking spice layer beautifully over firm, textured tannins. It’s full-bodied, smooth, and built to impress.
